Based on performance characteristics, it is categorized into four main types: high-tenacity low-elongation type (standard grade), high-modulus low-shrinkage type, high-tenacity low-shrinkage type, and reactive type.

Features:

• High-modulus low-shrinkage polyester industrial yarn boasts excellent properties such as high breaking strength, high elastic modulus, low elongation, and superior impact resistance. It is gradually replacing standard-grade polyester industrial yarn in the manufacturing of tires and mechanical rubber products.
• High-tenacity low-elongation polyester industrial yarn features high strength, low elongation, high modulus, and relatively high dry heat shrinkage. Currently, it is primarily used as tire cord, warp yarn for conveyor belts and canvas, as well as automotive safety belts and transmission belts.
• High-tenacity low-shrinkage polyester industrial yarn exhibits minimal shrinkage when exposed to heat. Fabrics or rubber products made from this yarn deliver excellent dimensional stability and heat resistance, along with impact load absorption capacity. It also possesses the softness characteristic of nylon, making it ideal for coated fabrics (e.g., advertising light box cloth) and weft yarn for conveyor belts.
• Reactive polyester industrial yarn is a new-generation industrial yarn with strong adhesion to rubber and PVC. It simplifies subsequent processing procedures and significantly improves the quality of finished products.
