PVC coated yarn is made by blending PVC and polyester yarn at a ratio of 7:3, i.e., 70% PVC (polyvinyl chloride) and 30% high-tenacity polyester yarn.
The core is made of high-tenacity polyester industrial filament, while the coating is made of PVC material with excellent aging resistance and UV radiation protection.
The polyester filament is stretched and coated, then polished and cooled to form a composite thread with a smooth surface. The yarn is waterproof, oil‑resistant, non‑toxic, and provides a cool touch. The fabric made from this yarn feels soft and smooth with adjustable hand feel. It features uniform tension, no eccentricity, consistent thickness, stable quality, and high performance.
